Biography

Audiocaeneat is a young german shoegaze band, formed somewhere in 2009. About a year later, they released their debut Red Sessions, a limited run on cd and vinyl. The CD quickly sold out. It is now being re-issued all over Europe by Frontal Noize Records. We would describe it as vocal shoegaze, a refreshing mix of Smashing Pumpkins and Sigur Ros.

Audiocaeneat! has played dozens of shows in just one and a half year. They have played with major scene-acts like Caspian, iLIKETRAINS, Blueneck, Long Distance Calling, Maybeshewill, ... With little help from any agency or label, they managed to play shows as far as Copenhagen (the band is from Dresden). After the re-release of Red Session in september 2011, the band did a two week European tour across Eastern Europe, Germany and Belgium, with festival slots in Hasselt and Innsbruck. They are scheduled for a UK tour februari 2012 and a Polish one in march 2012.
